Farmer’s aperitif by Manuel Monetti

My inspiration was born because in my bar we have our bio vegetable garden, where we take ingredients for drinks and food. So i decided to take this idea of green and mix Roots Diktamo that is made with the products of the land with other “green products” like sherry fino and cynar.


My idea of drink is a pre dinner so i decided to carbonate all to make it easier to drink, so for this and for the ingredients the name Farmer’s aperitif.. cheers!
