when I was a child, I used to collect resin from the trees in my garden, so I wanted to use Roots Mastiha as a base liquor, it reminds me that happy period!
I then wanted to create something veeeeery easy to drink, “easy as an apple pie” we use to say, so I used apple juice, which is both sweet and acid. The French dry vermut gives the drink a floral and dry note, completed by a tea/liquorice aromas from both Teapot and Peychaud bitter!
