My First job ever was in a Little bar in italy, in my hometown, where we used ti make an aperitif drink vadka based with campari and fresh grapefruit juice. I loved that flavour combination, but very often the spirit was too strong to be the First drink of the night. This competition gave me the opportunity to recreat that drink, that for me rappresents my "roots", and make It more accessibile for those occasions, an alternative to a Negroni for a pre dinner beverage.
