It was a tough decision and by very few points, the big Winner coming to Athens Bar Show was
Charlet Fred from Code Bar in Strasbourg !
Second came Kevin Eteo from "Le Bar" at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme in Paris
And third was Pauline Desurmont from The Deck in Nice !
Meet the Judges
Thierry Richard
Thierry Richard through his company Vintage Spirits Garage is marketing the most premium and innovative spirits selection in Paris. Paris is his hometown and Thierry has had an extensive career in Spirits spanning over 30 years.
Nikolas Smyrlakis
Nikolas Smyrlakis is the co-founder of Roots Spirits. He decided in 2013 alongside his brother to go Back to the Roots and reinvent a range of craft liqueurs with unique ingredients and rich heritage from Greece.
Simon Martel
Simon Martel, crowned Best Apprentice in France an d was for two years the head bartender behind the rebirth of Greek spirits in Paris, at the restaurant Yaya, home of famous chef Juan Arbelaez. Today, Lou Serafini and Maximilian Wollek shake and simmer in their own establishment called "Bistrot Instinct" in the heart of the marsh, accompanied by Simon Martel.
