Americano On The Roots by Mattia Lotti - Jigger

Reading,

I learned that the mastic was used by the Roman emperors.

The mastic was used for the creation of Conditum Paradoxum, a spicy wine that was usually served at the end of a meal.

It was prepared with mastic, wine, honey, pepper and eggs.

So I created a cocktail that can be drunk at any time of the day. As an aperitif, during a lunch or dinner or after dinner.

So I created a modern Conditum Paradoxum, without eggs, to make it lighter but with the addition of green tea and ginger Kombucha.

A fresh, refreshing and particular twist of a great classic cocktail, Americano.

It is an honor and pleasure to introduce you to American On The Roots.
