This cocktail is totally inspired by the famous "Carott Cake" maybe cause that my favorite one..
I have mixed some white egg to have the smooth taste as a pastry, the nuts syrup to remember of nuts taste the carrot juice cause what is a carrot cake without carrot? And of course the cinnamon with the amazing Roots Kanela.
This cocktail is perfect for a tea time cause it is low in alcohol and smooth as a cake! Cheers!
